I will be holding an Aromatherapy Class at the Faribault Senior Center on July 29, 2009 at 1:30 pm. This class is about 1 1/2 hours long.

This is an introduction level class on aromatherapy and essential oils. In it, I will discuss what is aromatherapy, and why it is such an exciting and useful tool for maintaining wellness.  I will also have a variety of essential oils available for demonstration.

You will learn about what is the difference between grades of oils, and why that matters.  You will also have a chance to try some for yourself.  I have been using essential oils in my practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as at home for over 5 years now, and enjoy the responses.

Cost of Aromatherapy workshop: $5.00; a CEU will be available for 1 contact hour, for health care professionals.

It is my goal to teach you a responsible and reasonable approach to aromatherapy.
